Stretch and Increase your Blood Circulation!

When it comes to taking care of your health there are many factors you should look at. Two main factors to focus on are stretching and exercising daily.

Stretching is very good for the body. It decreases muscle tension and reduces chances of soreness in the joints as well. Stretching is also a good way to improve health because it helps clear the mind. Stretching can also help improve flexibility and helps your joints move in a full rotation. It’s high recommended that you should be stretching for at least 5-10 minutes each day. Stretching before and after your workout will prevent damage to any muscles and will help increase your blood circulation throughout your entire body.

 

Another very important factor is being active and exercising for a short period of time every day. Even if it consist of taking walks, or doing things around the house such as raking leaves, mowing, or cleaning. Working out and getting your hear rate up can improve your health tremendously. Your heart will function better and it can reduce the chance of developing hear problems in the future. It is recommended you get at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. Most people blame their lack of exercise on not having enough time, but if you are dedicated to living a healthier life you will find time! Try simple changes throughout your day such as take the stairs instead of the elevator or go for a walk on your lunch.

These two factors are easy to fit into your lifestyle and can improve your health and fitness dramatically. So give your muscles a stretch and improve the health of your heart and get your blood circulation flowing by exercising every day. Remember, the key to living a longer life is to live a healthy life!
